Photography is permitted in Loft 109A exclusively during private 5-7 hour weekend rentals.

IS THE CLIENT CLOSET INCLUDED IN LOFT 109B STUDIO RENTALS?

Our all-inclusive newborn room and client closet, available as an add-on service, are conveniently located at the top of our staircase. For security purposes, please be advised that cameras monitor access to these spaces. In the event of unauthorized entry, an invoice for the add-on service fee of $50 will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL TO LOFT 109A?

Due to our venues holding liquor and catering licenses, all alcoholic beverages must be procured through our business. For any inquiries or clarification, please feel free to reach out to us via email. Thank you for your understanding.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PHOTOGRAPHER SHARE A LOFT 109B RENTAL?

The space may be shared during a full-day 10-hour rental. However, for all other rental durations, sharing is not permitted. Individuals choosing to share the space will be invoiced for the additional photographer. Thank you for your cooperation.

IS THE AREA HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Our lofts are situated on the second level, necessitating access via a flight of stairs. Please be aware that we do not have wheelchair handicap accessibility in our loft spaces. We strongly encourage you to communicate this information to guests or clients invited to or attending a session with you.
