Welcome to The Brick Lofts at 109 N 2nd St, Ozark, MO – where history meets modern elegance. Our upstairs lofted spaces on the historical Ozark Square offer a unique setting for various needs.
Studio A is more than just a shared gathering space; it’s a professional haven for business meetings and day-to-day operations. Lofted offices for rent at $400 each provide an ideal fit for home-based professionals seeking a client-friendly setting.
Our Perfect Fit package includes access to a private office, conference room, casual meeting areas, internet, wireless printer, large TV for presentations, mobile technology cart, and a multi-use work table with supplies.
Operating Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm and Fridays from 7 am to 12 pm, we also offer hourly rentals with access to our main workspace areas and amenities at a rate of $25 per hour from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm.
We also offer private conference room rentals for $60 per hour as well as personal monthly memberships and corporate monthly memberships. See our pricing details for more information .
For intimate gatherings of 30 or less, our Event Space is perfect for corporate events, parties, rehearsal dinners, or groom suites. Featuring farmhouse tables, a full-size refrigerator, coffee station, and a corner bar with available bar service, this upscale venue overlooks the charming Ozark Square. Available for rental on Friday after 1 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm, our rates are $500 for a 5-hour rental and $650 for a 7-hour rental.
